These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the community services provided by PikminPosts (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and our associated operating policies.
2. Intellectual Property & Content License Grant
1. This Site is an unofficial fan community service built for players of Pikmin Bloom. It is not officially affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or associated with Nintendo or Niantic in any manner.
2. All rights to the original game intellectual property, including assets, characters, typography, and designs, belong entirely to their respective copyright holders.
3. Grant of Content Rights: Due to the nature of our service in building a shared location information database, any information submitted or registered on the Site (including geographic coordinates, mushroom data, images, text descriptions, tags, etc.) is considered to grant the Site an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to utilize, store, display, modify, distribute, and audit such content for anti-abuse purposes immediately upon registration. Users cannot demand the deletion or withdrawal of already registered databases based on claims of original authorship or ownership.

3. User Responsibilities & Service Restrictions
1. Users are strictly prohibited from stealing or impersonating others' identities, submitting false reports, or intentionally misleading others to misinterpret their authority as an administrator or operator.
2. Username Restrictions: In accordance with Site policy, the creation of usernames that mimic official accounts or administrative staff (e.g., admin, administrator, official, support, system, moderator, gm, etc.) or system-reserved placeholders (e.g., test) is strictly restricted. Usernames containing profanity, slurs, abusive expressions, or those causing system confusion may be altered or suspended without prior notice.
3. Uploading or distributing NSFW/adult media, violent material, disruptive spam, or illegal information completely unrelated to the game's purpose is strictly forbidden.
4. Prohibition of Technical Abuse & Automatic Logging of Security Data: Any actions that disrupt the normal security and operation of the Site are strictly prohibited. This includes utilizing macros, automated scripts, bots, flooding requests (spamming), web crawling/scraping that induces server overloads, or scanning for vulnerabilities. To prevent and trace such technical abuse and unauthorized malicious attacks, the Site systematically logs and securely stores the IP address (ip_address) and unique device/browser identifier (visitor_id) of all users, including both registered members and non-logged-in visitors.
5. Content violating these Terms or our community guidelines may be hidden, removed, or rejected without prior notice. Depending on the severity or frequency of the violation, the offending user's account features may be restricted or permanently terminated.

Notice of Inability to Delete Content: To maintain data integrity and the continuity of information, the Site does not support arbitrary deletion or modification by users for any submitted posts (including geographic coordinates, images, mushroom data, postcard gallery entries, and all other reported data). Regarding "Comments," the permission and function to delete a user's own submission are granted exclusively to logged-in members. Comments written by non-logged-in (guest) visitors cannot be modified or deleted under any circumstances after submission, as the system cannot verify or authenticate the author's identity.
3. All geographic coordinates, texts, and user-provided descriptions are provided on an "AS IS" basis. The Site does not guarantee their absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and users should treat them solely as reference materials.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Deletion/Guest Content Retention
1. The Site shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, service restrictions imposed by the game's original rights holders, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or other external security breaches.
2. The Site is not responsible for any disputes, misunderstandings, or damages arising between users or between users and third parties via this service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Site.
3. Absolute Irreversibility of Account Deletion & Permanent Retention of Content: When a user deletes their account, personal identifier records within the system are immediately destroyed or permanently anonymized. Consequently, due to this systemic structure, it is absolutely impossible to restore a deleted account or any data previously linked to it under any circumstances. Furthermore, pursuant to Article 4, Paragraph 2 of these Terms, even after account deletion, posts registered during the membership period (location data, mushroom information, postcards, etc.) will never be deleted and will remain permanently preserved within the service under an anonymous status (e.g., GUEST). As comments are the only content that logged-in members can directly delete, any comments that may expose sensitive personal information must be manually deleted by the user before initiating account deletion. All posts and comments submitted by non-logged-in users—who are fundamentally not provided with a deletion function—will also be permanently retained in an anonymous state. The Site bears no responsibility or liability for any exposure of personal or identifying information resulting from a user's failure to comply with these guidelines.
