🔍 Main Causes and Solutions

1. Browser Clipboard Permission Blocked (NotAllowedError)

Cause: Occurs when clipboard write permissions are denied due to browser or platform security policies.

Solution: Click the lock or settings icon on the left side of your browser's address bar and change the Clipboard permission to 'Allow'.

2. Browser Document Focus Issue (Document is not focused)

Cause: Occurs when the copy button is clicked while the webpage is not actively focused.

Solution: Click anywhere on the blank space of the screen to focus/activate the browser window, and then try copying again.

3. Browser Cookie Settings Required (Unavailable if Cookies are Blocked)

Cause: Key features such as coordinate copying and filter retention use browser cookies. Normal usage is unavailable if your browser automatically blocks cookies.

Solution: Check your browser settings to ensure cookies are allowed, and unblock them if they are restricted.

4. VPN Usage Recommendation

Cause: Accessing the site with a VPN enabled may restrict copy functions or data lookups due to security policies or network routing issues.

Solution: If the feature does not work properly, please temporarily turn off your VPN and try again.

· Check Locations: Simply click on a postcard in the Gallery to jump directly to its coordinates.

If you have a postcard photo but do not know the coordinates, you can request an investigation through the [Request] button at the top.

· Process: The operations team will directly track the location of the requested postcard and update the database with the relevant information once the coordinates are confirmed.

· Note: If the location cannot be specified or the coordinates cannot be verified, the update may not proceed.

Now you can use #hashtags in the Description field! Adding #keywords makes it much easier to search for the information you need.

· Search Optimization: Use #hashtags to make search more efficient.

· Existing Data: For older posts, the new search system will be applied sequentially when a report is made or a comment is added.

We’ve received reports that some users are experiencing issues with features like copying coordinates. If you're having trouble, please check the following two settings:

1. Enable Browser Cookies:
Features such as copying coordinates and saving filters rely on browser cookies. Please make sure that 'Cookies' are enabled in your browser settings. If cookies are blocked, some features may not function correctly.

2. Disable VPN:
Accessing the site through a VPN may restrict certain features due to security policies or network routing issues. If features are not working, please try disabling your VPN and refreshing the page.

To maintain an accurate and helpful map, please follow these guidelines when submitting postcard information:

1. Select Type: Choose from Mushroom, Big Flower, or Explore. If the location no longer exists, please select 'Invalid'.

2. Postcard Name: Enter the original name of the postcard as it appears in-game to make it searchable for others.

3. Upload Photo: For non-Explore postcards, we recommend uploading a clean, original screenshot without Pikmin.

4. Input Coordinates: Provide the exact coordinates. Use the 'Current Location' button for easier input.

5. Select Tags: You must select at least one tag that best describes the location.

6. Suggest New Tags: Feel free to suggest new tags if they aren't on the list. (No need to suggest country tags as they are added automatically.)

7. Description: Please add any extra tips or details that might be helpful for other users.
